ORDERING

ONLINE: You may find the products you wish to order and add to the shopping Cart. Once you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, click on ‘View Cart’ in the top right hand corner to be directed to your shopping cart.

From here you may select your shipping option, delivery address, along with any order comments. Once payment has been made, an order confirmation will be e-mailed to you. Once your goods have been dispatched you will also receive by email an Australia Post with your tracking number.

E-MAIL - E-mail your order along with shipping information to sales@vinoglamour.com.au. We will then send you an invoice with payment information.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

Vino Glamour uses Australia Post's registered parcel post service and Express Post Service to deliver goods up to the weight of 5kg. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, a notification will be left in your letterbox and you can pick your goods up at your local post office as stated on the form. Identification will be required for collection.

For orders over 5kg a courier may be required.

A physical address must be provided for all deliveries, No PO Boxes. If you are not at the address stated when delivery happens, a calling card will be left which will have instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery. We advise you to put your work address if you are not going to be at home (or request an ATL 'Authority To Leave' - simply include this in the details section of your order).

POSTAGE AND HANDLING COSTS

We charge flat rates based on the weight of your order which is calculated at checkout. Your postage option/s will be available for you to select. Rates are as follows:

Australia Post

Regular:
Up to 500g - $8.00

Over 500g up to 3kg - $13.00
Over 3kg up to 5kg - $16

Express:
Up to 500g - $10.00

Over 500g up to 3kg - $15.00
Over 3kg up to 5kg - $23

Additional charges may apply to bulky or extra heavy items and/or delivery to remote locations. You will, however, be notified by e-mail or phone prior to dispatch if additional charges will apply.

PICK UP

Pick up service is available from our central Adelaide location. Simply select 'Pick Up' as shipping option when checking out and we will contact you to arrange a suitable day and time to collect your order.

DESPATCH TIMEFRAME

Your order will be despatched within seven (7) days for items in stock and within twenty-eight (28) days for out of stock and large quantity items. In all cases, receipt of an order occurs when payment has cleared and funds have been received.  For any delays Vino Glamour will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to advise accordingly.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Delivery times will vary depending on your location but Australia Post aims to deliver your parcel within 1-5 working days from lodgement.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Vino Glamour does not process your payment, and as such does not collect or store Credit Card or Bank Details. All purchases transacted on this website are processed by PayPal as this is a fast, easy and safe way to pay online.  Using PayPal is free to customers and you do not need an account with PayPal to process your payment. If you prefer to pay via direct deposit please e-mail your order and shipping address to sales@vinoglamour.com.au. We will return an invoice with payment details. Please note that goods will not be dispatched until funds have been received into our bank account; please ensure the invoice number has been used as a reference number to avoid any delay in delivery. If a reference number has not been used, you may be asked to provide evidence that this payment was made i.e. Bank statement.
